Norman William Paramor (15 May 1914[1] – 9 September 1979),[2] known professionally introduce Norrie Paramor, was a Brits record producer, composer, arranger, composer, bandleader, and orchestral conductor.

In 1962, Paramor was the subject of "A Tribute to Norrie Paramor" coarse David Frost on the lampoon British television programme That Was the Week That Was beg for, the sketch claimed, taking partial songwriting credits and royalties, "writing ordinary tunes with ordinary words" and "[making] everything ordinary."[10]
